1. The ALCON REWARD PROGRAM is valid from 1^st January – 31^st December 2024 (“Term”). Consumers must purchase the participating contact lens products specified in no.5. The renewal of this program after 31^st December 2024 is left to the discretion of Alcon.
2. The ALCON REWARD PROGRAM is applied only to consumers, who are residing in Malaysia have a valid Malaysia mobile number.
3. One person can only register for one ALCON REWARD PROGRAM account with one Malaysia mobile number.
4. An e-stamp will be awarded for every box of participating contact lens products purchased. Each redemption cycle is valid till 31^st December 2024. Any unclaimed reward will expire after 11.59pm, 31^st December 2024.
   1. For Dailies TOTAL1™ One Day Contact Lenses. Each redemption cycle consists of 9 e-stamps.
   2. For PRECISION1™ One Day Contact Lenses. Each redemption cycle consists of 9 e-stamps.
   3. For TOTAL 30™ One Month Replacement Contact Lenses. Each redemption cycle consists of 6 e-stamps.
5. The participating contact lens products are:
   1. Dailies TOTAL1™ One Day Contact Lenses for Spherical, Dailies TOTAL1™ One Day Contact Lenses for Astigmatism, Dailies TOTAL1™ One Day Contact Lenses Multifocal.
   2. PRECISION1™ One Day Contact Lenses for Spherical; PRECISION1™ for Astigmatism One Day Contact Lenses and
   3. TOTAL 30™ One Month Replacement Contact Lenses.
6. A mixed purchase of the participating contact lens products to qualify for the redemption process is allowed; FREE one (1) box will be of the LOWEST VALUE product purchased. The mixed purchase must be within the same product range of Dailies TOTAL1™ One Day Contact Lenses, PRECISION1™ One Day Contact Lenses or TOTAL 30™ One Month Replacement Contact Lenses specified in no.5.

8. The RM50 Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN will be fulfilled within 24 hours upon verification of your uploaded purchase receipt(s) and made available in your account.
9. The FREE one (1) box can only be redeemed at the SAME OUTLET after completing the purchase of 9 boxes of Dailies TOTAL1™ and/or PRECISION1™ products, and TOTAL 30™ after completing the purchase of 6 boxes of TOTAL 30™ from the participating optical store during the promotional period. No change of optical store is allowed throughout the redemption process.
10. The redemption specified in no.7 are non-returnable, non-refundable, non-replaceable and nonexchangeable to cash or other items.
11. Alcon reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
12. Alcon reserves the right not to honour the program if there is reasonable suspicion of forgery, fraud, or any other reason in the absolute discretion of the company.
13. Alcon reserves scheme/program withdrawal rights.

15. The information (including personal data/information) voluntarily provided by you can be used or processed by Alcon (including related contractors who provide services to Alcon).
